PuppyCoach is operated by 21Digitals. For any question about your data, contact jacco@21digitals.com.

What we collect: your email address and display name, your dog’s name and (optional) birth date and breed, the training sessions and milestones you log, any photos of your dog you upload, and your household membership.

Why: solely to run the shared training playbook you signed up for — keeping your account, your dog’s progress, and your household in sync.

Where it’s stored: our database (Supabase) runs in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). The app itself is hosted on Vercel.

Sharing: we don’t sell or share your data with advertisers, and we don’t run any analytics or tracking on this site.

Your rights: you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time — just email us.

Terms

PuppyCoach is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it running reliably but can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You’re responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for what your household members log using it. Don’t use PuppyCoach for anything unlawful or abusive.

We may change or discontinue features over time. You can stop using PuppyCoach and request your account be deleted at any time.

Cookies

PuppyCoach uses exactly two cookies, both strictly necessary for the app to work — no consent banner needed, but here’s exactly what they are:

Session cookie — keeps you signed in between visits. Without it, you’d be signed out every time you reload the page.

Language preference cookie — remembers the interface language you pick from the language switcher. It’s only ever set when you explicitly choose a language.

We don’t use any analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.
